The Lancers (Alumni) Drum and Bugle Corps was formed in 1990 following a reunion; the competitive corps had folded and dissolved in the winter of 1983. Today we boast a roster of over 100 members where folks come from all walks of life and range in age from 15 to 80 plus! We always welcome new members, with and without drum corps experience. There is no cost to you, other than the purchase of a pair of marching shoes. We supply you with everything you will need. Stop by and check us out at our next rehearsal or event. All information can be found on this blog site. If you have questions please leave your comments here or reach out to our co-business manager, Chip Crumrine.

/ 06/27/2019Hello Elizabeth. We thought that there was previously a response sent, but now it appears that it may not have gone through. Our apologies.
Our rehearsal and even schedule can be found at the top of our web site under their respective tabs. The color guard rehearses at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church at 127 York Street. Entrance to the basement rehearsal area is accessed from the outside, to the right of the building as you face the back of the church along East Middle Street. They are there next August 4 at 2pm. At 4pm they will move to the Lyric Band Hall to complete the day with the entire corps. Color Guard instructor, Gwen Shaffer, will be there so be sure to ask for her by name.
Hope this helps answer your questions.

/ 10/15/2021My son, Tony Steck, was a member back in the early 90s. He graduated from Littlestown in 1995. I have a bugle in my office from those days, which I’d love to return. I understand that they moved to trumpets soon after he went to college, and the Corps only wanted the hats back, which was returned. Where can I take it? I certainly don’t want Stonesifer Sanitation to get it. Please advise.
